 Green Lotus Therapy & Consulting is approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) Continuing Education Provider Approval (CEPA) program to offer continuing education for mental health professionals. Our courses are recognized by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and meet renewal requirements for LMFTs, LPCCs, LCSWs, and LEPs. Each training emphasizes clinical competence, cultural sensitivity, and systemic application. 

 We provide high-quality clinical supervision for associate therapists working toward licensure. Supervision emphasizes ethical decision-making, professional growth, use of self in therapy, and integration of systemic and evidence-based models within clinical practice.  Supervisees are guided in identifying personal triggers, exploring use of self in the therapeutic relationship, and cultivating mindfulness in session work. Each supervision experience includes case presentations, live or recorded session review, discussion of treatment planning, and attention to documentation, diagnosis, and cultural responsiveness. 

 Our workshops and seminars are designed to meet the diverse needs of clinicians, agencies, and community organizations. Topics include trauma-informed care, EMDR integration, telehealth best practices, clinical documentation, supervision skills, and relational wellness. Presentations are interactive, practical, and research-informed, providing participants with tools they can immediately apply in practice. 

 We offer individual and group clinical consultation for licensed professionals seeking guidance on complex cases, treatment planning, or program development. Consultation focuses on systemic conceptualization, ethical alignment, and self-of-the-therapist reflection. Through collaborative dialogue, we help clinicians gain new insight, reduce burnout, and strengthen clinical effectiveness in their areas of practice.
